These vitamins actually dissolve into your system. I can tell a difference in my energy level when I take compared to when I miss doses.

When I was younger I took the Stresstabs brand of vitamin, then a once-per-day national brand. I stopped taking vitamins on a regular basis but decided that as I aged I needed to pay attention to the daily requirements my body needs. I've been taking the Cooper Complete Basic One Iron-Free (switched from the Original Multivitamin) and am very happy. My annual bloodwork is always good, I rarely get sick, and my doctor is happy as well. So easy to take one vitamin each day (along with Omega 3) as a routine and know that I am doing something good for my body. I live in Dallas and know/trust the Cooper products, but wherever I live I will always take my Cooper regimen with me!

I routinely research before ordering supplements of any kind. Cooper products, especially Basic One, always measure up to the best and most thorough lab-tested evidence regarding essential ingredients included, and an appropriate unit measurement of each. A lot of multi-vitamins I review tout mega doses (or secondary ingredients that carry no health benefit) when in fact, more is not necessarily healthy. Basic One has just the right blend of vitamins and minerals. I've taken Cooper Basic One for years. Despite numerous health studies during all those years, Basic One has always stood up to every test and new recommendations. Plus, living in the DFW area, I implicitly trust the Cooper Health Organization!
