I have taken these a long time. Glad for no iron or Vitamin K in them since I am on Coumadin. Because of many health problems, I do not see a lot of improvement. Wish that I did.

I knew the product would be high quality and based on the latest scientific research. I especially liked that the supplement contained superb levels of vitamins D3 and B12. I love the small size and vanilla flavor, which makes it easy to swallow for a tablet.

I have taken the Basic One for many years and trust the product and the health benefits. As I have gotten older the pills are becoming more difficult to swallow. I wish the coating could be changed to make it easier to swallow or offer a chewable option. Thank you for all the great products and the health information you provide.

I have been taking this for many years and can see the difference it makes in my hair and nails. I used to have brittle nails and very slow growing hair plus hair loss due to an autoimmune disease. Now my nails are almost as strong as the acrylics I used to pay a small fortune for and my hair loss has greatly diminished. To me, these are signs of improved health.

I have been taking these for years after seeing them recommended in the book-Eat, Drink, and Be Healthy. They definitely increase my energy levels and focus. I can tell a difference in how I feel when I run out. They are the most complete men's multivitamin I have ever found and I think they are reasonably priced for the benefits.
