My husband and I are both taking the Basic One Iron Free. After much research, we have found the perfect multi we both can take without mega amounts of vitamins and herbs that could be a problem for people our age. (we are in our 70's). We have been sleeping better and noticed our energy levels are up. We are thankful for Dr. Cooper and the staff who have worked for these many years to help us stay healthy and be our best!
