I've been taking Cooper Complete vitamins since my first physical at the Cooper Clinic over 15 years ago. After taking these vitamins regularly, I noticed a significant improvement in my overall health. I traveled internationally frequently for work and lived outside the US for several years on two occasions. I was rarely ill, with far fewer instances of colds than before I started taking the vitamins.
